The hotel's location is ideal, close to several bus stations and Rome Termini train station. there is an amazing restaurant next door with delicious food. The rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent AC to combat the summer heat. The staff is friendly and helpful, respecting guests' privacy and even assisting with airport transportation. it's a great place to stay.
Some areas of the hotel could use improvement, such as the cleanliness of certain surfaces and the quality-price balance of the restaurant.

I had a good stay at 77 Seventy-Seven - Maison D'Art Collection in Rome. The hotel is modern and beautiful, located in a great area close to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast served on the terrace, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the free upgrade we received as we were travelling with a child.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located and within walking distance to many tourist attractions. The hotel itself was very clean and had excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel was in a great location near Roma Termini, making it convenient to reach the Fuimicino Airport. The interior of the room was stylish and clean, and the bathroom was newly renovated. As a business traveler, I appreciated the amenities provided.
The staff at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. They were always available to assist with any requests, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Excellent location for walking to attractions. Impressive food and cocktails. Helpful and informative receptionist. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and great air conditioning. Nice rooftop bar with a wide drink selection. Spa and rooftop jacuzzi looked inviting.

We had an amazing experience staying here for our vacation! The location of this place was ideal as it was in the heart of the city and allowed us to easily explore the surrounding tourist attractions. The service room was exceptional, as we were able to enjoy a spa treatment and a massage. Our room was equipped with all the necessary amenities including tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar and parquet flooring. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and able to arrange for airport pickup/dropoff. We thoroughly enjoyed the bar/lounge area and had great conversations with the barman who expertly crafted our drinks.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
